Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to the day of check in. If guests cancel less than 48 hours before check in, the first night is non-refundable and will be charged.
Payment
We require a credit card details to secure your booking, your credit card will be charged the total booking amount of the booking 48 hours before you are due to arrive, or immediately if booking within 48 hours of arrival (a 1.5% merchant fee applies to all credit card transactions). If funds are not available at time of charging your booking may be cancelled.
Arrival and Departure
Opening hours: 8am- 8pm
Check in: 2pm-8pm
Late check in is available but must be organised by phoning us at least 24 hours prior to arrival
Check Out: Before 10am (charges may apply after this time)
Parking
Free undercover parking is available and provided with every booking made, please note that this is unallocated and you are not guaranteed a park outside your room.
Smoking
All of our room (and the carpark) are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found within the rooms additional fees will occur. We have designated smoking areas at the front of the building useable in all weather.
Pet Friendly Conditions
The Toreador Motel allow dogs, cats and birds in select rooms, if you are travelling with a pet please ensure you book into a pet friendly room.
When travelling with pets you must adhere to the following rules:
Pets must be on leash in all communal spaces.
Pets must NOT be left unattended on the premises under any circumstances.
Pets are not allowed on beds. Evidence of this occurring will result in an additional charge.
Noisy pets will not be tolerated and will result in your stay being terminated immediately with no refund.
Security of your personal information
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. All credit card information is encrypted after it is taken. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company or our direct contractors, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.
In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988).
